InnoSwitch3-AQ ファミリーの IC は、特に高効率や小型化を必要とするフライバック電源コンバータの設計と製造を飛躍的に簡素化します。InnoSwitch3-AQ ファミリーは、安全規格に適合したフィードバックの各回路を全てこの IC に内蔵しています。30 V ～ 1000 V という幅広い入力電圧範囲でも、正確な出力電圧レギュレーションが可能です。
InnoSwitch3-AQ ファミリーのデバイスには、入力過電圧及び低電圧保護、出力過電圧及び過電流制限、過熱シャットダウン保護を含めた複数の保護機能が内蔵されています。標準/ピークの出力電力選択、広く使用されているオートリスタート保護動作が可能です。
